The Burger King down the street from my house just installed two new "Coca Cola Freestyle," a digital touchscreen soda fountain designed by Pininfarina, the Italian styling house that designs all of Ferrari's car bodies.  The machines give you the option of over 100 different flavor combinations.  You can mix Sprite with raspberry, Coke with lime, ect. It's a pretty amazing device.  I am partial to it because I love Coca Cola, a.k.a. angel tears.

Wagon Love ♥

When it comes to station wagons, there is a soft spot in my heart for them.  Maybe it's the fact that they are not the most desirable model of cars out there.  But something about a modded family wagon is freakin' awesome.  Maybe it's the idea of having a car that you can haul all your crap around in or your family but at the same time being able to burn a sports car of the line at a red light.  As for the type of wagon, there is no better brand than Volvo for nothing short of a true sport wagon.  As I mentioned before in a previous post, aside from Porsche, Volvo is my other desired brand.

The wagon above is the new V40 wagon that is yet to come out here in the States that was modified by the German tunning company Heico Sportiv.  Yes Volvo is Swedish but this German tuning house really knows how to exploit Volvo's strengths of performance and style all wrapped into one.  I also love Volvo because it is such a sleeper brand.  Everyone is all about BMW's, Benz's and Audi's.  In my personal opinion, Volvo are just as nice of a premium luxury brand and high quality even though they are the slight under dogs when it comes to performance.  But thanks to companies like Heico, IPD, and Polestar; they can compete.

I went a little to long on this post; I didn't mean to sound like a Volvo sales rep.  I just wanted to give credit where credit is do and show some appreciation for a real quality car.  Expect to see more wagons on this blog, not just Volvo's.

Kanye is retarded, this guy goes on and on in his new music video rapping about his "Murciélago" when in fact the model is a Gallardo.  It may not seem like a big deal to most people but to me and many other die-hard car fans it is a sin unto itself, or just plain annoying.  LEARN YOUR CARS FOOL!!!!!

One of 77 special edition Aston Martins (hence the name "one-77") was totaled in Hong Kong.  The owner, I mean IDIOT was driving at excessive speeds a little to close to the curb.  Not much else is know about the details of the crash for now.  Tears fall.

BTW, Why do all this automotive atrocities take place in China?

It's been a very long time since my last post.  I will try to be more proactive about updating.  Well, recently Bentley unveiled their new SUV, the EXP 9 F.  Unfortunately it does not live up to Bentley's reputation for producing striking automobiles.  The sketches were a lot better looking than the actual car.  Something was lost in translation.
